As some of you may know, I am a food and human nutrition student at Newcastle University and if all goes to plan, around this time next year I should be able to call myself a Registered Associate Nutritionist! As I prepare to go back to uni in September, I thought it would be useful to start writing some mini blog posts to force myself to get my books out again and delve into some new literature. Hopefully they can provide you some clarity and useful information, in the minefield of contradicting evidence that is the science of food and nutrition.
